Using the Action Replay Or the tweaking glitch you can transfer weather. I just got this ar yesterday so don't judge me as a noob or a hacker. I played and finished this game fairly. I am not xertain this will work in other games such as Platinum.
This code both works on Pokemon Heart Gold and Soul Silver. I recommend to not to use this in caves. Don't bother the black stuff its a side effect.

It took me about 15 minutes to defeat The Elite Four. I didn't even EV trained this Blastoise. I just used rare candies and made it to level 100 then I used Walk Through Walls to get to Indigo Plateau. This is the final part. Enjoy.
